EDIT: So, first off, I feel the need to let you guys know that my love for all you're entries just caused the biggest heart attack of my life! I came to the lab across from my dorm to take an on-line quiz and when I got there I remembered that this contest ended today. So, of course, I decided I would update this journal before I started. Anywho, my need to let you all know how fabulous (and they truly are) you're entries are took over an hour. After finishing the entry list I checked the quiz and spotted the "due by 11:59 pm" and just froze solid and started freaking out. (Um, yeah, I know now that 11:59 pm means right before midnight. But when I saw it I had a brain fart and forgot that little fact.) So, there you go. My little tripping-balls experience for the day, lol.

Now, to the serious stuff.
Please remember we are all friends here and each person worked super hard on their entry, so try to be supportive even if you didn't win.

. So, this is where my "compared to the quality of your OWN works" rule came in to act as tie breaker. I poured over their galleries and compared each entry to the respective talent level of the artist so see if they had done their best. And with that our second prize winner is: *yet another drum roll*...
2nd = Uh, actually, just kidding. They each worked to the best of their ability, damn you for not slacking! That would have made this so easy. I've just finished my entry for another OC contest and I absolutely loved seeing all the different interpretations of the girl's characters. I have to say I was rather inspired to hold my own contest. My OC Kistana was origianlly created as my wood elf character for Oblivion, then moved on to be both my Fallout 3 and Perfect World characters. I'm kind of attatched now. On DeviantArt she has taken on the form of my Pokemon trainer along with her ninetales Victoria. I would really enjoy seeing how others draw her.
So here's the deal, i'm holding a contest to see what you guys can do.

Rules:
1. Can be any medium of art you like.
2. Absolutely anyone can enter, just leave a link to your entry in the comments.
3. I want to see Kistana in her trainer form, so having Victoria (and any of her other pokemon) in the piece will help.
4. If you want to change her outfit that's fine, just keep it blue.
5. I WILL judge the entries on quality, but compared to the quality of your OWN works, not that of the other entries. So just try your best and don't worry if you think someone else did better.
6. Please include a background, not just solid colors.
7. Two entry maximum per person. (you can only win one prize)
8. Must be submitted to comments by August 27th. Winners announced on the 28th.
